On arrival at your destination airport and once in the arrivals hall, our representative will be waiting for you with a sign with the name on the booking. If you don't find your driver, look for the "Islas Canarias Tours" sign and . If after 10 minutes in the arrivals hall you are unable to locate us, please call (00 34) 626 988 374.

  1. Shuttle services are not available for private addresses or villas. If you have a shuttle service booked and your flight is delayed by 30 minutes or more, the scheduled shuttle will leave and space will be made for you on the next available shuttle. If no later shuttle is available clients will need to make their own way from the airport & a full refuind given or the airport controller can arrange an upgrade to a private service for an additional charge.
  2. If your flight is delayed by up to 4 hours and your scheduled flight number does not change, you do not need to call us. Our local staff in the Canary Islands will know of the delay and wait or arrive accordingly. If you miss a connecting flight and are allocated a new flight number, or your delay is more than 4 hours, you must contact us and let us know. Any changes made with less than 4 hours notice will be subject to a charge and no refund given.
  3. Contacting us - Between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday our office number is (00 34) 928 760 386. Outisde of these hours or number is (00 34) 626 988 374.
  4. If you have a return journey booked back to the airport, you must call us 2 days or more before departure on our office number to get your pick-up time.
  5. DO NOT make any alterations to your booking or arrangements direct with the drivers regardless of what they tell you!!! They may not understand fully what you require & sometimes forget to pass the requests on. Changes and new arrangements should be called in to our main office.
  6. We are not responsible for checking all of your reservation details (though we try!). If you have entered incorrect flight details, arrival or departure date or other information incorrectly and for that reason we are not there when you expect us, call us and we'll try and get a vehicle for you if one is available. 
  7. On day of departure, please be ready at the agreed collection time at the main entrance (on the street) into the complex/hotel where you are staying. The driver will wait 5 minutes after this time. If his/her schedule allows they will try and wait longer if required but we cannot guarantee longer than 5 minutes.
  8. We will not take responsibility for any items you may inadvertantly leave in one of our vehicles. We always do our best to find and return the item to you during your stay, time allowing but bear in mind our vehicles are collecting passengers all day long and we may not be the first people to find your lost property!
