On arrival at your destination airport and once in the arrivals hall you need to head to OFFICE NUMBER 4 IN ARRIVALS HALL B.
If you arrive into arrrivals hall A turn right as you come out with your bags and if you arrive into hall B then turn left when you come out with your bags.

  1. If your flight is delayed by up to 4 hours and your scheduled flight number does not change, you do not need to call us. Our local staff in the Canary Islands will know of the delay and wait or arrive accordingly. If you miss a connecting flight and are allocated a new flight number, or your delay is more than 4 hours, please call us and let us know. There is no additional charge for flight delays.
  2. Contacting us - General enquiries and any matter before your date of travel should always be via email. Telephone contact is for emergency only.
  3. If you have a return trip back to the airport booked, this is to be prepaid either on arrival or at the time of booking. If you choose not to prepay for the return trip then the return trip will be cancelled. If you prepay a trip from resort to the airport and decide to cancel giving us 4 hours notice or more we will refund you.
  4. If you have a return journey booked back to the airport, we will arrange for the driver to collect you three hours before your departure flight home takes off. If you want a different time you can either use the change link above and enter the request in the comments box of your booking or email us at canaryforum@gmail.com 
  5. For Lanzarote & Fuerteventura all services must be prepaid before arrival. 
  6. We are not responsible for checking all of your reservation details (though we try!). If you have entered incorrect flight details, arrival or departure date or other information incorrectly and for that reason we are not there when you expect us, call us and we'll try and get a vehicle for you if one is available. 
  7. Baby & child seats are available on Gran Canaria only. Seats are an additional 3 euros each per trip.
  8. On day of departure, please be ready at the agreed collection time at the main entrance (on the street) into the complex/hotel where you are staying. The driver will wait 5 minutes after this time. If his/her schedule allows they will try and wait longer if required but we cannot guarantee longer than 5 minutes.
  9. Any changes must be received by email/internet. We can't be held responsible for any misunderstanding if you arrange something verbally with the driver.
  10. For bookings of 4 people we charge and allocate a small minibus (with luggage space for 6 to 8 people). Although there is extra luggage space, please let us know if you are travelling with unusual luggage. Surfboards can be transported on Fuerteventura only and a charge of 15 euros per board, per journey is paid locally to the driver. Bicycles may incur an additionalo charge depending on the island you travel to and trhe size of the bike box. If you are travelling with a bicycle or surfboard, after making your booking please contact us with the booking reference number so we can check you have booked the correct sized vehicle and make appropriate arrangements for you. Failing to do this may mean on arrival you have a considerable amount of waiting time before your transport is ready to leave the airport.
  11. For wheelchair users we also have specially adapted minibuses on request on Gran Canaria and Tenerife for a small, additional charge.
  12. We will not take responsibility for any items you may inadvertantly leave in one of our vehicles. We always do our best to find and return the item to you during your stay, time allowing but bear in mind our vehicles are collecting passengers all day long and we may not be the first people to find your lost property!
